Identify and provide the most effective member services
Develop member recruitment materials, (letters, website, brochures etc.), consistent with your identified marketing approach
Monitor and process new member applications, in accordance with your policies
Develop and maintain a membership database to provide you with valuable, up-to-date statistical information on current members
Manage your annual renewal process, including developing effective membership mailings
Provide a consistent point of contact for members to communicate with and relieve board members from fielding day to day questions
