Our in-house event management team will make your event one to remember. We coordinates over 50 events a year—everything from full-scale conventions and trade shows to small educational sessions. Advance planning, budgeting and attention to detail are what we do best.
The volunteer work that goes into organizing educational and certification courses can be extensive. Do you host regular seminars, webinars, lunch-n-learns, symposia, or offer courses (online/in-person) and certification and accreditation?
Some of the tasks we oversee:
Look after all event logistics, including venue, catering, hotel, transportation and tools for electronic participation (if desired and necessary)
Notification to all members with details of the event
Facilitate design and printing for all materials needed (tickets, programs, signage, etc.)
Prepare and order any awards, certificates or trophies to be presented
Compile options for keynote speakers with all necessary information to assist the board in selection
Plan all and co-ordinate entertainment, including ice breaker events, off-site transportation, spousal programs, keynote speakers, MC arrangements and hospitality suites
Manage registration desk with current equipment (including payments, name tags, etc.)
Facilitation of live and silent auctions and other fundraising efforts
Arrange instructors, facilitators, and leaders for courses, workshops, seminars and webinars
Manage examination/testing for accredited courses
Take care of venue arrangement
Manage accreditation, certification and re-certification process
Track member results in courses leading to certification/accreditation
Prepare effective marketing materials
